Shruthi is a young entrepreneur, business leader, and Co-Founder & Director at Hydizo Global Solutions, where she is involved in shaping the company’s strategic direction, business development, operations, and technology-driven growth.
Her journey began with a multidisciplinary academic foundation in Economics, Public Administration, and Computer Applications, giving her a unique understanding of economics, governance, technology, data, and business. This combination shaped her ability to look at problems from multiple perspectives and understand both the human and technological dimensions of business.
During her academic journey, Shruthi actively participated in leadership, institutional initiatives, research, and student-development programs. She was selected as a Student Panelist for the Global Education Leadership Program (GELP), where she gained exposure to leadership, education, and collaborative decision-making. Her academic interests also led her to explore research areas including public policy, fintech, women's entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and the gig economy.
Over time, her interests evolved beyond academics toward entrepreneurship and business creation. She developed a strong interest in understanding how technology can transform traditional business models and how emerging technologies can be used to solve practical problems at scale.
Today, as Co-Founder and Director of Hydizo Global Solutions, Shruthi works at the intersection of business, technology, finance, and innovation. She contributes to strategic planning, business development, operational management, partnerships, and the development of technology-enabled solutions. Her work involves translating ideas into structured business initiatives while helping build systems and strategies designed for sustainable growth.
Shruthi is particularly passionate about artificial intelligence, SaaS, automation, financial technology, digital transformation, investment research, and emerging markets. She believes that technology should not merely make businesses faster—it should make them smarter, more accessible, and more capable of creating meaningful value.
Her entrepreneurial vision extends beyond building a company. Shruthi aims to build a career and body of work that brings together finance, technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact. She is interested in creating ventures that are commercially sustainable while addressing real-world challenges and contributing to the broader digital economy.
With a mindset rooted in continuous learning and an ambition to build at scale, Shruthi is focused on creating the next chapter of her journey through innovation, strategic thinking, and purposeful entrepreneurship.
Her story is still being written—and she intends to build it, rather than simply follow it.
